VALUE (MP3 LICENSE)
VICTRY RECORDS retains 50% of all royalties generated from the record. An MP3 LICENSE will be valid up until 1,000,000 plays on all DSP’s combined, at which point the artist must purchase an EXCLUSIVE LICENSE. If EXCLUSIVE LICENSE is not available, the artist must purchase another MP3 LICENSE and continue to renew every 1,000,000 combined plays.
